What to Do:
To save time, purchase pre-cut veg. Prep the rest of your ingredients by slicing everything into thin ribbons. (You can skip this step with the spinach, which can be laid flat on the tortillas.)
Pour ranch seasoning packet into cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
Spread cream cheese or hummus (or both!) on a tortilla wrap. Add a line of each veggie, side by side. Tightly roll the wrap up and cut into one inch pieces. To make it easier to slice, use toothpicks.
