Make Valentine’s Day special for those you love with this heartfelt breakfast dish.
What You’ll Need
2 Thomas’® Original English Muffins, split
4 large eggs
2 tsp butter
non-stick cooking spray
What To Do
Using a small nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat until melted.
Using two small bowls, separate yolk from egg white and whisk yolk thoroughly. Generously coat a small, heart-shaped cookie cutter with nonstick cooking spray and place in center of skillet. Pour yolk into form. Turn heat down to low and cook yolk for about 3 minutes. While yolk continues to cook, pour egg white around outside of form, distributing evenly. Cook for another minute or so until egg white turns opaque and yolk is slightly firm to the touch. Using a spatula coated with nonstick cooking spray, gently tilt skillet and coax eggs out onto plate. Coat kitchen tongs with nonstick cooking spray and slowly pull out heart-shaped cookie cutter from center. Place your heart egg on toasted Thomas’® English Muffin with spatula. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
