What You’ll Need
2 (8 oz) bricks cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (1 oz.) packet dry ranch seasoning mix
1 cup + 2 tablespoons finely grated sharp cheddar cheese, divided
6 slices bacon, cooked and diced
2 tablespoons jalapeno
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2/3 cup chopped pecans
What To Do
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, jalapeno, ranch seasoning, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, half of the bacon and 2 tablespoons green onions until well combined. Pour the mixture out onto plastic wrap and cover tightly; shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to help firm up.
For the coating, combine the leftover cheese, bacon, pecans and green onion.
Pour the coating mixture onto a sheet pan evenly. Remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and roll in mixture; pressing coating in any empty spots until even. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve and enjoy!
