Prepare this at night for a simply delicious breakfast in the morning.
What You’ll Need:
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk
1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup (or more to taste)
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons hemp hearts

What to Do:
Prepare Golden Milk: Mix spices, boiling water, and maple syrup in a small bowl. Whisk in Silk.
Combine with oats, chia seeds, and hemp hearts.
Place oat mixture in a jar and pour golden milk over oats. Let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours.
