Your oatmeal is missing bacon.
What You’ll Need:

What to Do:
Cook your bacon to your liking. We cook ours in the oven for 12–15 minutes minutes at 400°F. Once it’s cooked and cool, chop.
Cook your oatmeal: In a sauce pan, bring 3 1/2 cups water to a boil. Add in 2 cups of oats and a pinch of salt, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook your egg to your liking. We prefer over easy, but scrambled could be great too.
Dice tomatoes and slice avocado and build your bowl! Top cooked oatmeal with your egg, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon. Add freshly cracked pepper and sea salt and serve.
