What To Do:
Slice the polenta into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the polenta rounds until golden brown on each side. As soon as a round is removed from the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, brown the meatballs. Once browned, lower the heat and add the sauce. Simmer together for about 10-15 minutes. Place a meatball onto each round and top with cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
