This salad is so simple but absolutely bursting with fall flavors.
What You’ll Need
1 bag mixed greens
1-2 pears, cored and sliced
4 slices bacon, crisped and chopped
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup chopped raw pecans
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon free lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
What To Do
Place the salad greens in a large bowl. Add the pear slices, pecans, pom, bacon, and blue cheese; gently toss together.
In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper; whisk until the dressing comes together (this can also be done in a blender). Pour over the dressing over the salad and toss so the dressing evenly coats everything. Serve and enjoy!
