A Sweet and Savory Peach Grilled Cheese

Give your grilled cheese a touch of summer with some peaches! Make it with or without bacon, either way, it’ll be delicious.

What You’ll Need:
8 slices crusty bread
8 slices Gruyere cheese
8-12 slices bacon
4 sliced peaches
Butter

What to Do:
Bake your bacon! Preheat your oven to 400° and bake for 15–20 minutes or until it cooks to your desired crispiness.

Assemble your sandwiches cheese, bacon, and peaches. Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of the bread.

Heat in a skillet until each side is browned. Serve immediately.
