Consider it a small twist on your traditional cheese ball appetizer.
What You’ll Need:
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Toppings: dried cranberries, chopped green onions, sliced almonds
What to Do:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Slice green onions and chop sliced almonds into smaller pieces. In separate bowls, add almonds, dried cranberries, and onions.
Using a spoon or your hands, make small 1-inch balls out of the cream cheese mixture. Dip the balls in the toppings of your choice and set aside on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve!
