What You’ll Need:
1 box matzo ball mix
Vegetable oil
Eggs
Cinnamon
Sugar
Chocolate chips

What to Do:
1. Follow the instructions on the box to make your matzo balls. This will require eggs, vegetable oil, and baking.

2. When the matzo balls are almost done baking, start melting your chocolate. Microwave a bowl of chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring often. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl.

3. Once the matzo balls are cooked and slightly cooled, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mix. Dip them in the melted chocolate and place them back on the cookie shoot.

4. Refrigerate or freeze for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
