Granola and fruit aren’t the only toppings to enjoy on a parfait. Try this updated savory version for breakfast or a filling afternoon snack.
What You’ll Need:
Greek yogurt (we used Chobani)
Salt and pepper
What to Do:
Prep all of your veggies: slice your tomatoes, dies your cucumber and onion, chop your basil.
Scoop one cup of Greek yogurt into a cup. Top with tomatoes, red onion cucumber, and fresh basil.
Top with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and crumbled sesame crackers.
