Have you mastered the post-Thanksgiving wrap? It’s an essential (but easy) skill. Using some of our FreshDirect side shortcuts and fresh ingredients, you can wrap up a phenomenal leftover meal in no time. Click through for ingredients and steps.
What You’ll Need:
- 2 oz. turkey meat, shredded or sliced
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- Head of lettuce
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons stuffing
- 1 tablespoon mayo
What to Do:
When making a wrap, you can keep things neat by dividing it in half for your fillings (make a mental line). To start, we spread a dollop of mayo on half of the wrap. From there, we layered turkey breast and topped it with cranberry sauce. For an extra cranberry punch, we used our classic cranberry and herb stuffing. For a bit of green, we added fresh lettuce.
Once you have your filling ready, grab the edge of the wrap (in the middle of the toppings side) and fold over so the wrap touches the center where the fillings end (wherever your mayo ends). Continue to roll until its closed (we used a touch of mayo as glue), and tuck in the ends. Cut in half. Devour.
