Champagne’s a given on New Year’s Eve. Champagne with sorbet? Now that’s kicking things up a notch.
For our version, we used Roman Raspberry and Lemon sorbet, and both flavors were a perfect complement to sweet and bubbly champagne. We used one two mini scoops of sorbet per four ounces of champagne: Scoop your sorbet, pour your champagne, drink like there’s no tomorrow.
Be prepared to serve immediately—sorbet waits for no one.
