What You’ll Need:
1 12-ounce bag semisweet chocolate chips
8-ounce semisweet chocolate bar
1 stick salted butter
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
