Elevate the normal grilled chicken Dad is used to by getting him a spatchcock chicken. Even the name sounds fancy! Spatchcock is simply a whole chicken that has been split and slightly flattened. This allows the chicken to cook faster but stay juicy and have the skin browning evenly on your grill. Our favorite seasoning is classic lemon herb because of the bright flavors of lemon, lemon zest and richly herbaceous with thyme and rosemary. This will be a go-to flavor to please your family or a crowd.

Nothing says summer like our wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye salmon. Available fresh only from May to September, this salmon is unlike any other, known for its bright red hue and unique, rich flavor. Its firm flesh makes it easy to grill- simply season with salt to enhance the natural flavors of this lean, tender fillet.
The perfect side to your protein is perfectly grilled veggies. The summer veggies we love and that a perfect for grilling are corn, zucchini, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, and eggplant. The veggies need just a little bit of extra virgin olive oil, pink salt, and pepper before being grilled. If you really want to add flavor to your platter, serve with a tzatziki or a chimichurri sauce.
