Greek yogurt is more than breakfast food. We love using it a creamy sour cream alternative for a base. From breakfast to an after-school snack, Greek yogurt can be a savory or sweet dip with an infinite number of dipper options. (OK, maybe not infinite…)
Read beyond the jump for breakfast and lunch pairings as well as dip and dipper combos we love.

Lunch and Dinner Ideas
Smoothie: use Greek yogurt as your smoothie base + your favorite fruits and veggies. Try Popcarting this green smoothie!
Soup and chili: add a dollop on your favorite soup or stew instead of sour cream.
Herbed yogurt: spice it up with a little fresh rosemary, parsley, or basil, and then top off your chicken. (It also makes a great marinade.)
Labneh: Mix yogurt, sea salt, lemon juice, olive oil, za’tar. We love it with homemade pita chips.
