What to Do:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Prep your ingredients: Dice tomatoes, slice peppers, cook and chop bacon, dice onions, and shred your cheese.
Crack your eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk together.
Spray your muffin tin with cooking spray. In each slot, add your ingredients. Our favorite combos are onions and peppers; ham, cheddar cheese, and bacon; and spinach, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
Cover the ingredients with whisked eggs to the top of each slot.
Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
