Pick your favorite meat and veggies and top them with this four-ingredient sauce for dinner in just minutes.
What You’ll Need:
4 tablespoons Japanese cooking wine (Mirin)
4 teaspoons sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper (if you’re cooking beef)
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons olive oil
1 pound meat of choice
Optional: chili flakes, scallions
Optional veggies: carrots, broccoli
What to Do:
Mix mirin, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and oil with the meat. (Add 2 teaspoon of pepper if you are cooking beef.) Mix the about 1 pound meat with the sauce.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan, add chili flakes and chopped scallions. Cook for 30 seconds or until the scallions turn slightly brown, add marinated meat and veggies (we like carrots and broccoli), and quickly stir fry the meat.
Cook down the sauce for few minutes and serve.
