Ever had a drumstick chicken nugget?

What You’ll Need
1 package boneless skinless Smart Chicken drumstick medallions, cut into 2-inch cubes
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 to 3 cups panko bread crumbs
Oil for frying (enough for a depth of 1 to 2 inches)
What To Do
In a large, high-sided skillet, heat oil to 350°F. Arrange 3 shallow bowls: The first with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. To the second bowl, add the eggs and whisk. To the third bowl, add the panko. Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour, then coat in egg mixture, then thoroughly coat in bread crumbs. Transfer to hot oil and fry chicken until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F.
