Use seasonal apples to create these sweet parfaits for breakfast or dessert.
What You’ll Need:
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 apples, sliced
Vanilla Greek yogurt
What to Do:
In a pan, heat butter until melted. Add apples and stir constantly until the slices are soft.
Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Coat and stir for 1–2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In a jar, layer cinnamon-coated apples, granola, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Serve for dessert or save for the morning for a sweet, seasonal breakfast.
