Pumpkin bread is so much better with chocolate.
What You’ll Need:
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Chocolate chips for topping
What to Do:
Heat oven to 350 °.
Grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
Whisk together wet ingredients until combined and smooth.
Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl then add to wet ingredients
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and top with chocolate chips. (We used dairy free!)
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy!
