Chobani® Vanilla Greek Yogurt gives this classic French toast recipe the kick it needs.
What You’ll Need:
1 cup Chobani® Vanilla Greek Yogurt
8 slices brioche
1/3 cup whole milk
3 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
What to Do:
Whisk together 1/3 cup Chobani, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and orange zest.
Soak each piece of bread in the mixture for 10 seconds on each side.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Heat 1 teaspoon of butter until melted and add 3 slices of soaked bread. Brown both sides, remove from pan and keep warm in a 200 °F oven. Repeat with remaining bread.
Serve with a dollop of remaining Chobani and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
