Take Friday night pizza to the next level.
What You’ll Need
1 pre-made pizza crust or dough
1 butternut squash, thinly sliced
1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1 ounce Parmesan cheese, thinly sliced
1 ounce prosciutto, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
6 sage leaves, torn into small pieces
What To Do
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss the squash slices with the salt, pepper, garlic, sage and walnuts. Set aside.
Stretch out dough to 8-9 inch round crust and place on a greased baking pan or parchment paper. Arrange the squash mixture on top. Feel free to add extra cheese if desired. Bake 6-10 minutes of until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden brown. Enjoy!
