What You’ll Need:
FreshDirect pico de gallo
Avocados From Mexico
Salt and pepper
What to Do:
On a skillet, cook your eggs to your liking. (We think over-easy is best!) Top with freshly cracked salt and pepper.
On a cookie sheet, compile your nachos: Start with a layer of tortilla chips and add black beans, corn, and cotija cheese. Broil or bake for five minutes to heat the toppings.
Remove nachos and add fresh pico de gallo, avocados, and eggs. Sprinkle on more cheese and serve!
