And with overweight and obesity impacting the quality of life for more Americans than ever – from our young children to our elderly – it’s time to change the way we eat. The ever changing science about micronutrients may be fascinating (it is!), but part of pushing back the tide of today’s poor eating habits can be as simple as this: eat more fruits and vegetables.
